tcp.systems documentation

One source of truth for the decisions, the capacity programme and the harness that coordinates them. Every page is a fold of a document that already lives in the repository it describes.

Decide

The wayfinder map: destination, what is already decided, and the fog that is left. If a question is open, it is written down here first.

Capacity

Where free inference comes from, which vendor claims survived verification, and the signup method that keeps every account in the owner’s own name.

Harness

The operating harness: the deterministic gate, the worker fleet, the ledger, the console’s access model, and the eval spec.

About these docs

The platform decision, the theme contract, and the one rule this site obeys: a page is never a second copy of a document.

A documentation page here is a fold, not a copy. The source document stays in the repository that owns it, keeps its own gate, and is rendered from its own text at build time. When the source changes, this site changes on the next build; when the source disagrees with this site, the source wins.

That is also why the navigation is small. Sections appear when a repository has a document that belongs on this front door, not because a documentation plan said so.
